By accessing our website at canetco.ca or registering for a course offered by CANETCO - Canadian Engineering Training Company ("CANETCO", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Registration for a CANETCO course is complete upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email containing your Zoom access link and course details will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of registration.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. CANETCO reserves the right to limit enrollment in any course to maintain the quality of instruction.
Corporate registrations requiring an invoice prior to payment are available. Please contact us at info@canetco.ca to arrange invoiced payment before the course start date.
All course fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. CANETCO does not store your full payment card details.
Group discounts of 10% per attendee are available for organizations registering three or more participants in the same course. The discount is applied at checkout using a promotional code or upon contact with our office.

To cancel a registration, please contact us by email at info@canetco.ca with your name, course name, and registration date. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Substitutions — replacing one registered attendee with another from the same organization — are permitted at any time at no charge.
CANETCO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by CANETCO, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled or alternative course. CANETCO is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled course.
CPD certificates and Professional Development Hour (PDH) records are issued upon full completion of a course. Attendance at all scheduled sessions is required to receive a certificate. Participants who miss a portion of a course may not be eligible for the full CPD hours.
CANETCO courses are PEO PEAK compliant. It is the participant's responsibility to verify that a course meets the specific requirements of their licensing body and jurisdiction.
All course materials, including slides, handouts, recorded demonstrations, and written content, are the intellectual property of CANETCO and Dr. Mohamed S. Hamed. Course materials are provided for the personal, professional use of registered participants only.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publish course materials in any form without the prior written consent of CANETCO. Unauthorized sharing of materials — including sharing with colleagues who have not registered for the course — is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all CANETCO courses. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that interferes with the learning environment of other participants will not be tolerated. CANETCO reserves the right to remove any participant from a course without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate.
CANETCO courses are intended for professional development and educational purposes. The content is provided in good faith based on current industry standards and the instructor's professional experience. CANETCO and its instructors are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken by participants based on course content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CANETCO's total liability to any participant for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant course.
You agree to use canetco.ca for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. CANETCO reserves the right to terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
CANETCO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
